Rundle

Rundle is a residential neighbourhood in the northeast quadrant of Calgary. It is bounded by 32 Avenue to the north, the Trans-Canada Highway to the south, 52 Street to the east, and 36 Street to the west, and offers easy access to Deerfoot Trail, Stoney Trail, and the Trans-Canada Highway.

The LRT, Peter Lougheed Hospital, and Sunridge Mall are located just west of the community, providing excellent transit access and convenient shopping and healthcare options.

Rundle was established in 1973 and is named after Robert Terrill Rundle, a missionary who worked in Western Canada in the mid-1800s. The community is served by Rundle Elementary, Cecil Swanson Elementary, and Dr. Gordon Higgins Junior High (public schools), as well as St. Rupert Elementary and St. Rose of Lima Elementary and Junior High (Catholic schools).
